Individual Work with EFT Technique
I invite you to take advantage of the Individual EFT service - dedicated to working with you, both on a one-time basis and regularly (every week or every two weeks). It is an opportunity for a deeper immersion in your specific problem or challenge, allowing us to conduct a thorough analysis and tailor an effective solution. Our meetings take place online or at a location convenient for you, and if you live in Cork or the surrounding area (up to 20 km, provided there is public transport), I can come to you.
During our sessions, I address various topics such as strengthening your self-confidence, managing stress, regulating emotions (not at the level of mental disorders), supporting your effective learning, weight loss and body acceptance, and improving the quality of your relationships with others.
The session fee includes not only our meeting but also the possibility of contacting me outside the session in case of difficulties and access to a growing database of exercises available on my website (in the clients-only section). This comprehensive support aims not only to solve current problems but also to provide long-term benefits for your emotional well-being.
